Thank you for letting us care for your pup! We are thrilled to welcome them and ensure they have a wonderful stay with us. We want to provide some best practices for your pups first stay.
Your sitter will contact you soon, if they haven't already, to arrange a meet-and-greet and provide detailed information for drop-off and pickup.
To help ensure a smooth transition from owner to sitter and to provide the best possible care for your pup, here are a few pointers for their first stay:
Payment:
Payment for your pup’s first stay is due at the time of drop-off.
Pick-up & Drop-off Times:
Standard times: 7-10 AM or 4-6 PM
Saturday times: 8-10 AM
Please confirm specific times with your sitter, as they may vary.

*A real tip is to prebag your pups food to help ensure they get proper portions :D

Additional Fees:
Saturday Pick-up/Drop-off: Saturday times vary per sitter. Standard times are between 8-10AM.
Late Pickup/Drop-off: Boarding covers a 26-hour period. Late pickups incur a half-day charge (e.g., if you drop off at 8 AM, pickup should be by 10 AM the following day).
Elder Dog Fee: Pups over the age of 12 incur a $50 fee. Acceptance of older pups is at the sitter’s discretion.
Holiday and Summer rates may apply.
