Step 1: Reach Out and Tell Us About Your Pets
When you first reach out, we’ll respond personally to learn more about your pets and their needs. We’ll ask a few quick questions to get a sense of their routines, personality, and any special care they might need. From there, we start matching you with a sitter based on your location and the best fit for your pet’s temperament.
Step 2: We Confirm the Perfect Sitter
Once we receive your info, our team checks in with our available sitters to confirm who’s the best match. We look at distance, experience, and personality—because your pet deserves someone who fits just right. You’ll never be left guessing.
Step 3: Get Access to Your Client Portal
After your sitter is confirmed, you’ll receive an email invitation to set up your client portal. Inside, you can view your booking, update your pet’s information, and connect directly with your sitter. Most stays are already recorded and assigned by this point, so setup is quick and easy—just log in and get familiar with your sitter before the visit begins. At this stage, you'll submit payment to lock in your stay.
Step 4: Confirm and Connect
Once payment is submitted through your portal, your sitter will reach out to schedule a meet and greet. This gives everyone—especially your pets—a chance to get comfortable before the stay. If you ever have questions or concerns, we’re just a message away. Every sitter on our team has been carefully chosen for their reliability, experience, and love of animals.
After Your First Stay: Booking Is Easy
Once you’re part of our family, future bookings are simple. Just log into your client portal to request new services, view past and upcoming stays, and submit payments—all in one place.
