l meet and greets after your first booking is confirmed.

What is a meet and greet? It’s a quick 10–15 minute visit where you, your sitter, and your pet(s) can get to know each other. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, go over care instructions, and help your pet feel at ease with their new sitter.

If you’re heading to your sitter’s home: Please text them when you’re on the way. This quick heads-up is important — our sitters often have pets of their own and are caring for other client pets as well. Since we don’t crate pets full-time and they free-roam in our homes, a simple text allows the sitter to safely separate everyone and make the intro go smoothly.

If your sitter is coming to your home for drop-ins or overnight stays, they’ll text you when they’re on the way.
